Making the Case for TNR

Led by the team at Neighborhood Cats, this workshop is designed for advocates facing resistance to Trap-Neuter-Return in their communities. When ordinances, policies, or decision-makers stand in the way of humane solutions, knowing how to make a clear, compelling case for TNR can be the difference between stalled efforts and meaningful progress.

This session equips participants with practical advocacy tools to communicate effectively with shelters, animal control, elected officials, and other stakeholders—helping you move conversations forward with confidence and credibility.
