Whole Cat Workshop: Georgia
Join Community Cats Central’s Stacy, Elizabeth, and KP for a rare, in-person full-day workshop dedicated to advancing feline welfare across Georgia — and a celebration of 10 years of the Community Cats Podcast! This action-packed day brings together advocates, veterinarians, and community leaders for presentations, panel discussions, networking, and big-picture brainstorming — all focused on creating real, lasting change for Georgia’s community cats.
Sessions will explore the full landscape of feline welfare work — from getting clear on your personal motivation and role in the ecosystem, to data-driven goal setting and spay/neuter needs assessment, to the state of spay/neuter access in Georgia and how private veterinarians can be part of the solution. We’ll also take a close look at local efforts already making a difference, dig into bold new ideas for the future of animal welfare in the state, and close out the day with a collaborative brainstorm on what comes next. Full schedule coming soon!
Plenty of networking opportunities are woven throughout the day. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch; coffee and food trucks will be available on site and parking is on-site and free. Best of all — this event is completely free! But space is limited and registration is required – so don’t wait to register, learn, and celebrate with us!
